Free Consultation: We'll come to your home, meet you and your pet(s). We require one working key, and then we can get started!

Payment: We reserve the right to discontinue service if payments are not made as scheduled. We accept cash and check only. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

• Dog Walking: Payment due in advance. Remaining payments are to be made each first (1st) of every month.
• Overnight Stays: Full payment is due before service.
• Pet Taxi: Full fee collected upon completion of service.

Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a full refund for a walk visit, you must meet the following requirements:

• Dog Walking: You must call by 9am on day of service.
• Overnight Stays: 24-hour advanced notice.
• Pet Taxi: You must call before 9am on day of service.

Same day cancellations are subject to full fees.

Cancellation of Services: If dog walking services are not any longer needed, please provide a 2 weeks advance written notice.
